I LOVE this room! I am curious to know the thickness of your son’s mattress? I am itching to buy this bed but am on a budget and may need to wait to purchase a lower profile mattress. I ask because it looks thicker than the mattress on the Ikea website but still safe enough for my young teen. Thanks
