Style Post – rolling up your sleeves and tucking in your sweaters

Sweater: Old | Vest: Old Navy | Skirt: Thrifted J Crew | Booties: Similar | Necklace: Silpada | Bracelet: Silpada | Ring: Silpada

Before playing around with my style I would never have thought to tuck my sweaters like above. But you know what?!… It works (or least I am pretending it does ;)).  Being aware of proportions by rolling up your sleeves and or pants and tucking in shirts (occasionally) gives your outfits shape.  I used to love the show, What Not to Wear with Stacy and Clinton; they were constantly teaching people the importance of showing or accentuating  your waist, keeping skirts at the right length, using structured elements, etc… I hope this gives some inspiration to try something new out and have a wonderful weekend.  Thanks for stopping by!
