Little Touches of Christmas in the Bedroom
Christmas in the Bedroom!
How to Decorate in the Bedroom for Christmas!
Hello there friends! I can’t believe it, but this will be the last of a handful of Christmas posts for the remainder of the season! It is always crazy to me how time flies and before you know it, Christmas will be here… Today I am joining Kristen at Ella Claire as part of her Seasons of Home Series and it is focused on decorating bedrooms. I wanted to share how you can simply, but beautifully decorate your bedroom for Christmas.
I have to admit, this post is going to be different than I had planned or photographed… Yesterday as I was putting my post together with my edited photos my hard drive crashed… Ugh!! Not a fun feeling. I am in the process of recovering things and crossing my fingers that it is possible. All that being said, I had one photo I could use and from there I made my post. So try to imagine with me as I share some of my tips ;).
To start, use wreaths… As much as trees are a beautiful addition anywhere, sometimes they can be tricky to fit! Wreaths create that magical Christmas feel with little effort. And these bells have followed into almost every room this year too.
Layer blankets and try to incorporate wintry textiles. For example, I grabbed this striped wool blanket I had and love how it cozied the space up.
Sadly, what you won’t be able to see is the little tree I had on our dresser. It had some twinkle lights that made the room glow just a bit. Twinkle lights are a welcome addition really anywhere and any time of year!
It took minimal effort to put this Christmas decorated room together. And it only took a couple extra pieces of decor to do it! I hope you enjoyed, even though it wasn’t quite what I had planned! And please make sure to go visit my sweet friends down below sharing today as well. Kristen thanks so much for hosting such a beautiful series this season!

That darn hard drive, sorry! But the wreath is so gorgeous and as always you’re the queen of simplicity!
