Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes
A Recipe For Delicious Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes!
How To Make Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes!
We have started planning our Christmas menu and potatoes are a must have each year. This garlic and herb roasted potatoes recipe is a favorite side dish… Plus it is so easy to throw together for big or small crowds! I am joining my friend Kristen at Ella & Claire Co. to share some great Christmas sides!
You simply wash and clean your potatoes and herbs. Make sure to set the oven to 400 degrees.
Mince your garlic and chop the herbs. Cut the baby potatoes in halves or quarters (depending on their size).
Spread the potatoes out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Then brush oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle the garlic, herbs and spices over everything! Place it in the oven for about 30-40 minutes (making sure to toss in between).
Once they are fully cooked, carefully pull them out and now you can sprinkle onion powder all over them. Allow them to cool.
They turn such a pretty golden color…
With the oil and seasonings they develop a nice crispy coating that is so yummy!
The herbs make them feel fresh and bright.
