How to Style your Decorative Trays and Baskets

I just got some fun new decorative pieces from my favorite shop Painted Fox Treasures (affiliate link in my sidebar) and I am having such a great time moving them around and using them throughout the house.  Two of my new pieces are a tray and basket. As I was playing around with where I would keep them, I thought I would share the different ways you can style each. I personally enjoy using them in every room and find that there really are no rules when using a tray or basket.  Here are some examples of what you can do…

Store your dishes and servingware on your table top.

Pile in books just for looks or use books that you frequent on a regular basis.

Place a vase containing some type of flower or branch atop your bed or guest bed.

Make it a spot to showcase dried or fresh blooms.

Use it in the kitchen on your island or an area for a pretty presentation at a meal.
