Precious Gifts

Just the other day the kids and I were reading the children’s version of Jesus Calling. The message for that day poignantly spoke to my heart.

It was an encouragement to see His glory in His creation.

In reality, it is easy to rush fast in a very busy world – without taking time to look. I was reminded of this truth and quickly thought of these whimsical flowers that were over crowding our garden… His glory is present in the beauty that surrounds us; grand or modest in scale. I want to stop to notice and see Him in these precious gifts- to honor Him. Even in the weeds or places that hurt most God’s beauty is there for us to feel His presence.
