Easy Fall Entertaining
I will show you how to take the beautiful colors of fall inside for some simple fall entertaining tips!
Hello there sweet friends! I hope that all has been well with you. Today I am talking all about fall entertaining, but more than that, SIMPLE fall entertaining! I know that entertaining can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. And I want to show you how you can take the most basic and inexpensive elements to make a beautiful setting that will be enjoyed by all. To add to the fun, I am joining Lory from Designthusiasm and so many wonderful ladies who are also sharing their lovely homes down below!
Welcome to those of you who are visiting from talented Kim from Sand and Sisal! I can’t wait to see what she has done over at her place.
Like I said, when I was thinking about this post, I wanted it to show how we really can take yard clippings, everyday plates and little else to make a stunning table.
So here are some easy ways I pulled this together and you could do too if you would like!
Set the table with clear glass (drink ware and vases) to add sparkle and shine throughout the table.
I have my stemware at home and used what I already had. I also used a glass vase to hold the centerpiece. And boy would you be amazing at how the combination of that glass glistened at the table. These are things that could be inexpensively purchased at thrift store as well!
Use Your Everyday Dish-ware…
I could have pulled out some of our nicer china, but instead I went with everyday dishes. Just like an outfit, everyday dish-ware can effortlessly be dressed up!
I especially like these dishes because they have a very fine lined detail to them. I love what the little details bring to a space.
Use Outdoor Clippings!
This time a year provides the most beautiful changing colors in foliage. And as much as I LOVE a good floral arrangement, I couldn’t resist the beauty of this free centerpiece.
Incorporate A Little Bit Of Pattern…
You can do this with napkins, dish-ware and more. Since I recently recovered our dining bench, I used this for the pattern in my setting. I think it will do ;)!
And there you have it!
This table cost me nothing new and was effortless when putting together. Yet, in my humble opinion, I feel it looks elegant and put together. You can’t get easier than that!
Seems Wesley thinks this was all done for him?! Lol…
