How To Make Gluten and Dairy – Free Pumpkin Scones!
Do you love pumpkin as much as I do? And how about scones? Well today I combined these two favorites to make the easiest gluten and dairy-free pumpkin scones. This recipes comes together in a snap and tastes delicious! I am joining Kristen at Ella Claire & Co. to share all kinds of wonderful pumpkin recipes so make sure to check those out too…
When I say easy… I mean easy! There really aren’t many directions to follow for this recipe overall.
You will just mix the dry recipes in a bowl…
Then mix the wet in a separate bowl… And combine the two together!
Form a mound (like you would do for any scone recipe) and then bake. They come out flaky, while the inside is still a little soft.
I would say that these are a little moister than most scones, but I actually prefer it.
An absolute hit for the festive fall season and even better, they are so delicious even as they are gluten and dairy free!
I chose to top mine with coconut icing that we make, you could add any icing, but this isn’t necessary!
