Recipe For Pumpkin Spice Granola!

How To Make Pumpkin Spice Granola!

Hey sweet friends! My crew has caught their first cold of the school year and things have been a little busy around here. Yesterday I shared our Garage/Laundry room all finished and what a treat it is to have it done! Today’s post is all about fall food and the recipe I have stopped in to share is Pumpkin Spice Granola. I’ve joined up with Krista at The Happy Housie to share as well!

This is a gluten, dairy free and even sugar free recipe as long as you purchase gluten-free oats. Here is what you will need to make this recipe:

  • 3 cups of oats
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. clove
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Optional: 1/3 c. pumpkin puree for extra pumpkin flavor
  • Optional: Pumpkin seeds, nuts or berries like raisons or dried cranberries.

Here is how easy it is to put this granola together!

Set the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Then you will simply mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately. Then you combine and mix them together in one big bowl. Spread the mixture out in an even layer across your cookie sheet.

Set in the oven to bake. This could take anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending on your oven. I like to check it after 10 minutes and usually find 15 minutes is the golden ticket. But if you added pumpkin puree, you will want to give it a little extra time.

Pull it out to cool down. Once cooled you can add your fixings of nuts, seeds and/or berries.

My kids love this over some almond yogurt. But it is good on its own too!

This is a family favorite and has been for a long time around here. I hope you enjoy!

The best part, it is just another super simple recipe that makes big impact! This version is a little festive for fall so that always makes things that much more special ;)…
