Recipe Post – A Simple Update to Blueberry Muffins

  

I recently posted my favorite muffin recipe here from Chocolate Covered Katie.  I was making a batch the other day and decided to change it up a bit. I kept everything as is (including cook time) and used a donut baking pan (here) in place of muffin tins.  They turned out perfect and in fact are now becoming a regular request! It is a fun change to the muffin shape and could replace dessert by using dusted powdered sugar and a blueberry glaze.  I hope you try them out!

    I am going to give this a try. I love to serve tea and I am always looking for new ideas and I love blueberry muffins and so does Hubby. I will have to purchase a new pan before I can make them. Have a wonderful day.
